Ho-Ho Cake

1-chocolate cake mix. Bake as directed in a 15x10x1" jelly roll pan. Cool.


3/4 c sugar
1/2 c butter
2/3 c Crisco
pinch of salt
2 tsp vanilla
2/3 c evaporated milk

Combine all ingredients. Beat on high for 10 minutes. Spread filling on top of cooled cake.

1-16 oz can of chocolate frosting
Melt frosting in microwave for 45 seconds. It will be runny. Pour/spread over filling.

Refrigerate cake until ready to serve.
