Chicken In Wine Sauce

2 1/2 T butter
2-3 green onions, chopped (I used about a 1/4 of a regular onion, sliced)
4 chicken breasts
package of fresh sliced mushrooms
1/2 c white wine
salt & pepper to taste
parsley to taste
seasoning salt to taste

Melt butter in skillet. Add onions and chicken. Salt & pepper as desired. Brown both sides of chicken. Use 4 pieces of foil... put a breast in each one. Add mushrooms, wine, seasoning salt, and parsley to pan bringing just to a boil. Pour mushrooms and sauce over chicken. Fold edges of foil tightly to seal into packets. Bake 350 for an hour.
