Lemon Pepper Chicken And Noodles

1 bag cooked noodles
2 cups cooked, diced chicken
3 t olive oil
3 t minced garlic
1 very small onion, diced
3/4 c white wine
1 can chicken broth
5 t lemon pepper seasoning
1 T lemon juice
1/2 c diced carrots
1 package fresh sliced mushrooms
12 oz pkg frozen peas, thawed
Salt & pepper to taste

Heat olive oil in nonstick skillet. Add garlic, cook 2 minutes. Add wine, broth, lemon juice, lemon pepper seasoning, onion and carrots. Cook 3 minutes. Add mushrooms, cook 2 minutes. Add chicken and peas, heating until warm. Toss in noodles, top with parsley.
