Erina's Salsa Recipe

1 1/2 gallons green/red tomatoes & peppers
One onion chopped/ground up
3 T garlic powder
2 T parsley
2-3 c. apple cider vinegar
2-4 C sugar-add to taste

Simmer 3-4 hours.
